2010 North American Training Schedule

VT offers class-room based, hands-on Instructor-Led-Training for partners and system integrators at our North American headquarters located in Bloomfield, Connecticut. (USA).

Learning sessions are comprised of presentations that provide both overviews and details of system functionality. Key topics are enhanced by training manuals and handouts together with extensive hands-on exercises so that participants can actually try out what they are learning.

The Elpas Enhanced Reusable Tag is a unified active long-range Radio Frequency and Infrared device that provides abduction deterrence for newborns and infants in maternity units and neonatal care departments. or for the monitoring/tracking of high-risk patients who show signs of elopement or wandering.

The tag is IP-67 water-rated; simple to use and easy to clean. Powered by a single lithium battery, the tag delivers three year estimated usage.

The Elpas2 RF Ethernet Reader is a supervised; 433MHz fixed receiving device that detects and relays real-time 'Location" and 'State' data from Elpas Active RFID Asset, Personnel or Infant Protection Tags to host applications..

The reader supports wired and wireless Ethernet/Wi-Fi networks, XML messaging for integration with third-party monitoring and control applications plus RS-485 data transmission with up to 14 Elpas2 High-Definition IR readers.
