Mr. Tuviya Katz, VP R&D at Visonic Technologies, brings 16 years of experience in leading large Hardware & Software groups in large projects from Proof of concept stage, Basic technical spec, through all R&D stages till final testing, production and customer support. Leading projects in Multidisciplinary fields. Hardware: audio, acoustics, analog, digital, mixed signal chip design and RF. Software: Embedded and system software, algorithms, optics.
Mr. Katz previously served as Director R&D of Dblur technologies Ltd, which specializes in the performance of camera modules in mobile phones, where he was in charge of a new camera concept design from the proof of concept stage, algorithm writing and verification, system design, transferring the algorithm to a real time environment till full product integration. Prior to this, Mr. Katz served as Director of Hardware at Emblaze Mobile , where he was responsible for 2 generations of smart cellular handsets. Mr. Katz holds an MBA in business administration from Tel-Aviv University, B.Sc in Electronics and Computers from Ben Gurion University. |
