How SpiderAlert Staff Protection Works
Each staff
member is issued
a hospital-grade,
battery powered,
SpiderAlert Staff Attack Transmitter that feature
wireless emergency call functionality. In the event of an
emergency, the staff member at risk simply presses the
device's call-button to summon help.
All SpiderAlert Staff Protection Solutions utilize a
fixed
Infrastructure topology
comprised of multiple dual-technology
Emergency Call Location Receivers,
which are strategically
installed throughout the facility to receive the staff
member's call for help and to relay this
time-critical location and identification data to the
Eiris Tracking Software Platform.
Eiris client stations
display the location of the staff member requiring
first-responder assistance, graphically overlaid on the
relevant hospital floor plan. If the security incident moves
to another part of the building, the new location will be
updated and displayed ensuring that the responding
security team will go to the right place.
Eiris also provides interactive screens for managing the
lifecycle of the received call, plus robust
Notification Options
that
delivers the call, 24hrs-a-day to the
right security responder.
