Mr. Michael Wasserstein, President & CEO of Visonic Technologies Ltd., has been with VT since beginning of 2004 as Executive VP for Sales & Marketing. Michael brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the relevant business, international sales and marketing, and R&D fields.
Mr. Wasserstein served as VP Sales & Marketing of Hexagon Ltd., a global provider of planning and optimization software tools supporting wireless applications. Prior to that, Mr. Wasserstein served as VP Marketing of TeraOp Ltd., a developer of MEMS based, large port count optical switches; as VP Sales & Marketing of Marconi Communication (Israel) Ltd., where he was responsible for defining and worldwide marketing of broadband, IP based Wireless Local Loop products and as Director of Sales & Marketing, EMEA Region of InnoWave Ltd. (today a part of Alvarion).
Between 1982 and 1996 Mr. Wasserstein was engaged in research and development in the position of Project Manager, working for Tadiran Telecommunication Ltd. (merged with ECI), Cubital Ltd. (a subsidiary of Scitex) and the Israeli Army. Mr. Wasserstein holds a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion in Haifa, an M.Sc. from Tel-Aviv University and MBA from Bar-Ilan University. |
