The
Elpas Messaging Gateway
enables standalone Elpas Local
Controllers to forward system supervision or application event alerts to
an on-site (non-dialup) ESPA 4.4.4 paging system using a dedicated
physical RS-232 serial interface.
The
Messaging Gateway has one supervised analog input for monitoring an
alarm sensor and two open collector digital outputs for actuating
security output devices. The gateway also supports Ethernet network
communications for receiving alerts from the host Elpas Local Controller
and is configurable using Eiris Tracking & Management Software.
The
Constructed of white polycarbonate plastic, the Elpas Messaging Gateway
Adapter is wall mountable or placed above dropped ceilings.
